The pilot farm

Muldersdrift / Krugersdorp, Gauteng

The Shiriki Pilot Farm is the physical anchor of our model — a working demonstration site, farmer training venue, seed multiplication ground, and processing experiment hub.
After five years of testing locations across Gauteng, the Muldersdrift and Krugersdorp area offers the best combination of access, soil conditions, community proximity, and institutional connections.

Shared, modular, replicable

Infrastructure should serve communities — not lock them out. Every Shiriki infrastructure component is designed to be shared across multiple farmers, locally governed, and financially self-sustaining.
